We offer a range of Tommasini framesets constructed from Steel, Carbon, Aluminium and Titanium. Tommasini offers custom paint schemes and custom geometry which ensures you get a one off bike exactly suited to you riding demands. With over 72 years of frame building experience its easy to understand how Tommasini have created some of the most beautiful bikes that combine a smooth ride quality with high end performance.

Classic Steel

Tommasini Sintensi frameset and Tommasini Tecno frameset

The Sintesi and the Tecno frameset provide a blend of classic geometry with contemporary production. The result is something with the beauty of a vintage bike but with modern day touches. Both have the same geometry but different grade steel. The Sintesi has Columbus Neuron tubing which is designed for compliance and a more comfortable. The Tecno offer Columbus Nemo tubing which is slightly stiffer and around 100g lighter for the complete frameset. Both frames offer a level of detail which you are unlikely to find on anything produced in the modern day.

Each frame is custom made to order so its a special process that allows the customer to create something truly individual. Custom geometry is available along with custom design/colours.

Tommasini X-Fire Stainless Steel frameset

Tommasini X-Fire comes with either a polished or satin stainless steel finish which is unlike any modern day offering from other brands. It’s another very versatile bike which offers custom geometry to ensure you get a bike perfect for your riding demands.. The shape of the tubing helps to absorb road vibration and also makes it stiffer and lighter than the classic steel option. The X-Fire is available with rim or disc brakes and now has the option of internal cable routing to give a clean aesthetic for the front of the bike.

Tommasini Mach Titanium frameset

The Tommasini Ti Mach custom titanium frameset. Constructed from 3al - 2.5v tubing and welded in an aseptic environment to ensure the highest quality of finish. The full titanium rear triangle, made of the same alloy of the frame, allows for maximum flexibility in response to the vertical road shocks, allowing the frame to provide maximum comfort to the rider. The seat tube integrated on request to modernise the frame. The head tube allows an integrated headset to be fitted and can be customised according to the customers needs.

The Mach is also available as a gravel bike with clearance for up to 40mm tyres.

Tommasini Fire gravel frameset

The Tommasini Fire is now available as a gravel bike. Following the growing demand in the gravel market Tommasini now offer a steel gravel bike available with disc brakes and wide tyre clearances to enable you to take you Tommasini on all terrain. The Fire frame is tig welded with personalised seat lug and special bottom bracket shell. Meanwhile the original rear dropouts and the “bell shape” seat stays make the rear triangle super stiff. It is completely chromed, or optionally, “cataforesi” treated, to protect from rusting.
