Why custom?

We offer custom build bikes to enable our customers to get the bike most suited to their budget and their riding demands. We consider durability, fit and how the bike will be used long term to ensure the customer ends up with the best package. Majority of components will be ordered specifically for the build and selected from a range of brands with the aim of creating the ideal build for you.

The custom build Process

We discuss the sort of riding you’ll be doing, your goals for the build and start to generate ideas about what the best bike for you could be. Whether it’s about creating a comfortable bike for long miles, the lightest or fastest build we have a range of options suited to your demands.

We analyse your current set up and then finalise the optimum specification for your new build. If we’re constructing your first build we use our bike jig and our intuition to establish what size frame and components you require. Once finalised we get everything ordered from our distributors. We have a close relationship which ensures a fast delivery for most components although for custom build frames such as Sarto’s or Tommasini’s the wait can be slightly longer.

We construct your dream build. Our very experienced team begins to construct the bike from the frame upwards. We pay close attention to detail at each stage of the build to ensure the longevity of components on the bike.

We inform customers about what to expect from the bike and offer a free check up once everything has bedded in.
